Food has a direct impact on our cognitive performance

which is why that bowl of M&M's  and a redbull can derail an entire afternoon of meetings and deadlines.

 What happens when we have a bowl of M&M’s twice a day, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year? The truth is our employee sponsored snacks turn into our employee sponsored waistline. Our energy isn’t as steady as it used to be, brain fog makes the 3:00 hour the least productive of the day and we put ourselves at a higher risk for developing preventable chronic diseases.

Freedom to choose with a nudge toward wholesome

By reversing many of the sneaky habits grocery stores use to sell foods high in fat, salt and sugar we can create a workplace kitchen that will subtly encourage employees to choose the more nutritious options while still offering treats for when a craving strikes.
